Sarah has served in a variety of progressively responsible human resources roles over the years. Her experience includes benefits, recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and employee engagement. Prior to joining NOMS in 2013, she served in various human resources roles in a robust manufacturing setting. In 2013, she joined NOMS Healthcare as its vice president of human resources and compliance officer.
In her current role, Sarah is responsible for the development of strategies, direction and management of all human resources functions across the company. Sarah works with a very talented, progressive team that focuses on recruiting the best talent in the industry to join NOMS’ highly innovative organization, well known as one of the region’s employers of choice.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo in 2003, specializing in human resource management with a minor in business law. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Jared and four daughters, Madison, Makenna, and young twins Kadence and Kamden. She enjoys entertaining her large, amiable, extended family, neighbors and friends at her home in Sandusky.
